One line

Rory Callaghan helps people build from coherence, so what they create actually lasts.

Twenty-five words

Rory Callaghan is a speaker, author, and architect of coherence. A former physiotherapist who turned his own burnout into a body of work on building well, from the inside out.

Fifty words

Rory Callaghan is a speaker, author, and architect of coherence. Trained as a physiotherapist and shaped by his own burnout at twenty-six, he helps founders, leaders, and teams build lives and businesses that work from inner coherence, so impact scales without collapse. He is the author of the Amazon bestseller SelfCare: Lifestyle Medicine for the People.

One hundred words

Rory Callaghan is a speaker, author, and architect of coherence. Trained as a physiotherapist with two degrees and a decade of clinical practice, he burned out at twenty-six inside the health system he had trained to serve, and rebuilt his life from the inside out across forty countries. That rebuild became his work. He now helps founders, leaders, and teams design lives and businesses that run on coherence rather than push, so impact scales without burnout. He is the author of the Amazon bestseller SelfCare: Lifestyle Medicine for the People, and a producer and cast curator on the documentary The New Woo.

Three hundred words

Rory Callaghan is a speaker, author, and architect of coherence, working at the intersection of clinical health, conscious enterprise, and regenerative design. He trained as a physiotherapist, two degrees, a Master of Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science, and spent a decade in clinical practice, treating patients and working with elite athletes. At twenty-six, despite the markers of success, he burned out inside the health system he had trained to serve, and became a patient in it. The man who could hold everyone could not ask for a hand. What followed was not a quick turnaround. It was years, forty countries, and a slow, deliberate rebuilding. He learned the thing he now spends his life saying out loud: you do not repair a depleted life by pushing harder, you redesign it, from the inside out. That rebuild became his body of work. He is the author of the Amazon bestseller SelfCare: Lifestyle Medicine for the People, a decade in the making, and the creator of the 12 Medicines framework and the Coherence Method. Across fifteen years he has reached millions of learners through the platforms he has helped build, mentored more than five hundred founders, and worked across a fifty-million-dollar body of impact revenue. He is a producer and cast curator on The New Woo, a documentary on the future of wellbeing premiering at Cannes and distributing on Amazon Prime. His message is simple and somatic: most speakers add energy to a room, he settles it first, because a settled room is the only one that builds from what it hears. He speaks as a messenger, not a guru. A lighthouse, not a lifeboat. Coherence scales. Everything else breaks.

Stage introductions

Short and long, written to read aloud.

+
Short (about fifteen seconds)

Our next speaker is a former physiotherapist who burned out at twenty-six, rebuilt his life across forty countries, and turned what he learned into a body of work on building well. He is the author of the bestseller SelfCare, and he does something rare on a stage: he settles a room before he moves it. Please welcome Rory Callaghan.

Long (about forty seconds)

Our next speaker trained as a physiotherapist, two degrees and a decade with patients, and by every external marker he was succeeding. Then at twenty-six he burned out inside the system he had trained to serve, and became a patient in it. What he did next became his life's work. He rebuilt himself from the inside out, across forty countries and years of slow, deliberate work, and learned the thing he now teaches: you do not fix a depleted life by pushing harder, you redesign it. He is the author of the Amazon bestseller SelfCare: Lifestyle Medicine for the People, the creator of the 12 Medicines, and a producer on the documentary The New Woo. Most speakers add energy to a room. He settles it first. Please give a warm welcome to Rory Callaghan.

The voice guide

How I sound, the words I use and the ones I don't, so your team can write as me.

+
How I sound

Warm, grounded, unhurried. Brother to brother, never above. I lead with the felt truth, then let the evidence support it. A line lands, then space lets it settle. The reader should exhale, not brace. I speak from I and we, not you, I stand beside people, never pointing a finger.

Words and phrases I use

Coherence. From the inside out. You were never broken, only under-nourished. A lighthouse, not a lifeboat. The well, not the cup. Settle the room before you move it. Build from coherence, so what you create lasts. ME, WE, ONE. Nourish, not fix. The door's open, no rush. Coherence scales, everything else breaks.

Words and moves I don't use

No hype words: unlock, level up, crush it, game-changer, hustle, grind, secret, hack, supercharge, skyrocket. No manufactured urgency, no countdowns, no "limited spots" as pressure, no "don't miss out." No fixing, diagnosing, or shaming language, people are nourished, not fixed. No guru posturing. No em dashes. When in doubt, say less, and warmer.

The one rule for writing as me

If a sentence pushes, sells, or performs, it isn't me, no matter how true it is. Start with the human truth, end on an invitation or the body, and cut a third of the words.

The one-line thesis
